There is no contact form. A plain email works, and it keeps a copy in your own sent folder.

What is worth writing about

A figure that looks wrong. This is the most useful message we get. Every euro on this site is taken from a published circular, but circulars get revised and pages go stale. Tell us which page and what looks off, and it gets checked against the source.

A grade or a job we have missed. If you work in the public service and your grade is not here, say which one. That is usually all it takes.

Something that will not work. A calculator behaving oddly, a page that will not load, a link that goes nowhere.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you what you personally are owed, and we will not try. Redundancy and tax depend on your contract, your service history and your own circumstances, and getting that wrong for someone would do real harm. What this site does is show you the published rules and the official figures, so you can work it out yourself or question what you have been offered.

For advice on your own situation the people to talk to are the Workplace Relations Commission, Citizens Information, Revenue, your union, or a solicitor or accountant. All of them are free or cheap compared with getting it wrong.

How long a reply takes

This is not a company with a support desk. It is one person doing this alongside other work, so a reply can take a few days. Corrections to figures get looked at first, because a wrong number sitting on a public page is worse than an unanswered question.

Who is behind it

An independent site, with no connection to the Irish Government, no company behind it and nothing to sell you. More about why it exists on the about page, and how your data is handled in the privacy policy.
