Cookie policy

The short version

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only saves two small pieces of functional data on your device, so the site works properly. That's it.

What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a website can save in your browser. They can be used for useful things (remembering your settings) or for tracking you across the web. We only do the useful kind, and only on this site.

Exactly what this site stores

NameWhat it doesType
redundancy-checklist-v1Remembers which items you ticked on the "What you're owed" checklistLocal storage, functional
cookie-notice-okRemembers that you dismissed the cookie notice, so we don't show it againLocal storage, functional

Both stay on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they contain no personal information.

Third parties

The site loads nothing from anyone else. The font is served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so your browser never makes a request to a third party server while you read these pages. There are no embedded videos, no social widgets and no trackers.

We currently use no analytics and no advertising. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent with a proper accept/decline banner before anything is set, and update this page first.

How to clear this data

You can delete everything this site has stored at any time from your browser settings, usually under "Privacy", then "Site data" or "Cookies and site data", by searching for redundancytaxireland.ie and removing it. Your checklist ticks will reset, and the cookie notice will appear again. Nothing else changes.
